Processing times for your order will be 6 weeks until further notice. This is to look after bubs, while also taking the care and love they're known for in making your order come to life.
Order placement & build:
Day 0-1: Order placed and sent for build.
Day 2-10: Build commences
Day 11-35: (no later than): You'll receive progress report of your custom order.
Day 36-42: Custom order quality checked and prepared for shipment
Shipping costs: This product comes with FREE shipping.
Exchanges: We hope you love your hand crafted items when they arrive at your door and would never want to exchange your furry one's bowl stand. Although this may not always be the case, we do offer a 14 day exchange policy from date of purchase, as long as the items is in 'brand new' condition. Please contact us if you wish to seek an exchange.
This is not guaranteed as it will be subject to the team members at Once Over for review before they can proceed with the exchange. Any postage costs for returning the product and sending a new one will also be at the buyers expense. With all of this in mind we stress that you choose carefully but have no doubt your fur friend will fall in love at first sight.
Returns: If you want to return your product, you must do so within 14 days of your receipt and notify us first. Once 14 days lapse we will not be able to offer a refund.
Once we have received the item and a team member has reviewed it we will confirm or deny whether or not you are eligible for a refund. In the case of approval we will send you a notification via email and an automatic credit will be applied to your original payment method (unfortunately shipping costs will not be refunded).
All shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the costs involved in returning your item to our workshop for review. We strongly recommend you use a tracking for insurance on your return shipping as we cannot take responsibility for its arrival to us.
