Processing time: Please acknowledge a temporary change to processing times. Mark and Caroline from the Once Over Workshop have just welcomed baby #2. We're very happy for them.
Due to this, and high order volumes, processing times for your order will be 6 weeks until further notice. This is to look after bubs, while also taking the care and love they're known for in making your order come to life.
Christmas Update: The workshop will be closed December 19 to January 19 | Orders placed after October 31 will be paused during this break
Order placement & build:
Day 0-1: Order placed and sent for build.
Day 2-10: Build commences
Day 11-35: (no later than): You'll receive progress report of your custom order.
Day 36-42: Custom order quality checked and prepared for shipment
Shipping costs: This product comes with FREE shipping.
*Excludes WA (Due to higher shipping from the Melbourne workshop a fee will be applied at checkout. Please not we have also absorbed some of this cost to ensure affordability and fairness for our customers)
Exchanges: As Once Over items are made to order and are highly customised they cannot offer an exchange of items. Please ensure that you have read the product descriptions carefully and select the correct product and size for your dog prior to making a purchase. If you are ever unsure please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns: IReturns are only available for items that are faulty. If you have found an issue with your order and would like to return it, you must do so within 14 days of your receipt and notify us first. Once 14 days lapse we will not be able to offer a refund or return.
Once the workshop has received the item and a team member has reviewed it we will confirm or deny whether or not you are eligible for a refund. In the case of approval we will send you a notification via email and an automatic credit will be applied to your original payment method (unfortunately shipping costs will not be refunded).
All shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the costs involved in returning your item to our workshop for review. We strongly recommend you use a tracking for insurance on your return shipping as we cannot take responsibility for its arrival to us.
We cannot offer a return on items that have been used.
