Designed and custom made by Once Over, this premium range of dog beds are handmade from locally sourced, reclaimed Tasmanian oak flooring, made to order in Once Overs Melbourne based studio.

They feature:

This premium range caters for small, medium, large and extra large dogs and come with matching custom fit cushions and cushion covers.

Once Over proudly design and make all cushion covers with locally sourced materials and trims. All beds are made to order and are printed locally with a custom design to minimise wastage. Each cushion cover is handmade in Once Overs home studio from consciously sourced fabrics that are made from natural or recycled fibres.

Cushion inserts are Australian made and are filled with luxuriously soft, polyfil derived from recycled plastic bottles and are channel stitched for longevity.

Timber finish and cushion options are free. If you are entering your dogs name below please ensure you have selected "yes" for name plate to have the custom name plate included in your order.

Processing time: We're committed to fulfil your custom order within 21 days of your order being placed. As your bed is made to order please acknowledge the fulfilment times.

Order placement & build:

Day 0-1: Order placed and sent for build.

Day 2-5: Build commences

Day 6-14: (no later than): You'll receive progress report of your custom order.

Day 18-21: Custom order quality checked and prepared for shipment

Shipping costs: This product comes with FREE shipping.

Exchanges: We hope you love our hand crafted items when they arrive at your door and would never want to exchange your furry one's custom bed. Although this may not always be the case, we do offer a 14 day exchange policy from date of purchase, as long as the items is in 'brand new' condition. Please contact us if you wish to seek an exchange.

This is not guaranteed as it will be subject to the team members at Once Over for review before they can proceed with the exchange. Any postage costs for returning the product and sending a new one will also be at the buyers expense. With all of this in mind we stress that you choose carefully but have no doubt your fur friend will fall in love at first sight.

Returns: If you want to return your product, you must do so within 14 days of your receipt and notify us first. Once 14 days lapse we will not be able to offer a refund.

Once we have received the item and a team member has reviewed it we will confirm or deny whether or not you are eligible for a refund. In the case of approval we will send you a notification via email and an automatic credit will be applied to your original payment method (unfortunately shipping costs will not be refunded).

All shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the costs involved in returning your item to our workshop for review. We strongly recommend you use a tracking for insurance on your return shipping as we cannot take responsibility for its arrival to us.

Optional add on:

Fabric remnants from the Premium Range of cushions have been turned into these handy bolster cushions. Developed to sit snuggly in the corners of your hardwood dog beds and in combination with the main cushion these nifty little bolsters offer your dog a little bit of extra comfort for their noggin.

Made with the same quality materials and care as the Premium Range, the bolster cushions are available as singles or a set. The top of each cushion is cut from the custom printed eco drill while the underside is unprinted with a concealed zipper. Match your cushion selection with your dogs bed to get the right look for your décor.

We have handmade the cushion inserts for these particular cushions utilising more fabric remnants and further reducing our waste. Filled with the same 100% recycled PET fiber as our existing range of cushion inserts, these cushions really are the perfect addition to our low waste bedding solutions for your dog. 

*Prints are cut from remnant fabric which may run horizontally or vertically depending on what is available.

Bed
Your bed has had a matte sealant applied to protect the timber. To maintain your timber bed simply vacuum dirt from the interior frame and then wipe clean with a damp cloth. 

Cushion
Our fabrics have been gently pre-washed to minimise shrinkage. Turn cover inside out to protect print. Cold Machine wash. Warm iron on reverse.

Insert
Air on line. If the case requires washing, remove fill and cold machine wash. Return filling to case
