We have in-store Click and Collect at our South Melbourne Market Store. Please note the trading hours. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 5pm. Orders placed on market days are ready in 1 hour. Orders outside of this are available the next trading day.We'll send you an email notification when your order is available for collection. Remember to bring your confirmation email for pickup.

Shipping and Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

Australia. We will ship your DOG SHT Australia wide free of charge for orders $99 and over.

The Australia post standard domestic shipping charges will apply for orders $99.99 and under. The shipping costs are calculated by weight & region, as set out by Australia Post.

Now shipping to Singapore! We also now ship to Singapore via Australia Post international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We offer FREE shipping to Singapore for orders $199 SGD and over

How long does it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

All orders for shipment will be fulfilled by us within 4 business hours*. Our business hours are Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm AEST. This means that your order will be at your doorstep in 2-8 business days for standard shipping, and 1-4 business days for express.

Orders to Singapore will arrive  in 5–10 business days for International Standard shipping, 3–6 business days for International Express.

*Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?

You will be provided a tracking number once your order is shipped

Do you use plastic to pack orders?

Quite the opposite! We use recycled and recyclable mailers to send your order. Secured with compostable packing tape. No plastic fillers are inside your box or mailer. We do our very best to minimise the use of plastics.

*please note in some instances such as glass jars a small amount of plastic may be necessary to ensure your items arrive safely.

*DOG SHT can take no responsibility for delays in delivery once in transit due to natural disasters, or operational constraints on the couriers part.
