As an Australian-owned and operated business based in Melbourne, we take great pride in exclusively stocking Aussie brands. While many of the products we sell are proudly made right here in Australia, we also curate a careful selection of products that are manufactured overseas. This allows us to bring you a diverse range of high-quality products at fair prices, all conveniently available in one place.

Are your products and natural and eco-friendly?

The Aussie brands that we proudly stock also champion eco-friendly and natural products.

We understand that being a dog lover can sometimes result in a considerable environmental footprint. From destroyed toys to plastic packaging and synthetic materials, it's easy to generate waste. However, we firmly believe that caring for your pooch shouldn't come at the expense of our precious planet.

That's why we're like a dog with a bone to source products that are not only pet-friendly but also environmentally conscious. Our range includes human-grade treats, compostable poo bags, and even leads and collars that are completely plastic-free.

Our commitment to sustainability doesn't stop there. Our mailers are recycled , recyclable or reusable. Even our sticky tape is compostable!

Do you offer shipping within Australia?

Absolutely! We're proud to offer shipping Australia wide. Our preferred carrier is Australia Post.

We believe in transparency, so our shipping costs are not marked up; they are a true reflection of the price set out by Australia Post. We believe you shouldn't have to pay "flat rate" shipping for smaller items.

Oh, and here's a bonus for those ordering big : Enjoy free shipping on all orders $100 and over. It's our way of wagging our tails in gratitude!

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We don't muck around when it comes to fulfilling your orders. In fact, we're like greyhounds.

Standard shipping: 2-8 business days

Express shipping: 1-4 business days

You'll receive a tracking number so that you can track your order. You'll also receive email and text updates from Australia Post once your order is in transit if you've provided your details.

Can I track my order?

You sure can. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a tracking number within 4 hours*.(*For more information regarding our fast fulfilment policy, click here)

As soon as we've fulfilled your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us, which will include your tracking number.

If you've provided us with your email and phone number, you'll also receive live updates from Australia Post while your order is on its way to you.

Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?

Here's a summary of our returns policy:

  • Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are covered by us if it's our error or if the item is damaged/faulty. If it's a change of mind, the buyer covers the return postage. Opened, used, or items not in their original packaging can only be returned if faulty or defective.
  • Sizing: Check the measurements on the product page or reach out to us for assistance. Sizing details are provided. Please ensure you size your dog before purchase. Ordering the wrong size, will be considered a change of mind return where the buyer pays return postage.
  • Starting a Return: Contact us at topdog@dogsht.com.au for return authorisation. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects, damages, or wrong items. We'll make it right.
  • Exceptions: Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
