How do I put it on?

Raincoats: Pop their head through the hole and pull the rain coat down over their body. Bring the strap under their chest and fasten at the top of their back for a snug fit.

Fleece Coats: Unzip the coat, lay it out flat. Pop the legs and head trough and zip up the back.

Bathrobes: Pop their head through the hole and pull the towel robe down over their body. Bring the strap under their chest and secure at the top of their back for a snug fit.

Is it machine washable?

Yep, these jackets are machine washable because we know dogs like to roll in... all sorts of things. Just pop it in a cold, gentle cycle, then lay it flat to dry. Avoid using fabric softeners to keep it in top shape.

We strongly recommend air drying over tumble drying.

Returns: We have a 30-day return policy.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is due to the buyer's change of mind including colour or flavour, or the incorrect size has been purchased, the buyer will be responsible for paying the return and replacement postage.
